She is a graduate of the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design (BFA) AND Langara College's Publishing Techniques & Technologies program.

She is an entrepreneur, a maker of crafty things, a (secret) lover of publications spawned by Martha Stewart Omnimedia, a treasure hunter, a home maker and a cat lover.

She has an eclectic background in reusable shopping bags, fashion design, magazine-making, writing, decyphering the Glaswegian accent from behind a pub bar and upselling with prawn skewers.

She is passionate about yoga and will one day figure out how easy it actually is to float on her hands in currently impossible poses such as crow.
